The Buzz

A busy start to the year has seen locum cover up 35% on last year and perm placements increasing by a fantastic 50%. Clearly this is the start to a year any business would be pleased with. We certainly are!   All the same the year has still lots to offer and many challenges lay ahead. As such We are keen to speak with more nurses who are looking to work as locums, as this area of the business grows and grows. Locum nurses are offered good salaries, flexibility of work and variety of practices, this type of work is proving more and more popular, do get in touch if you would like further details.   February, March and April will see a drive towards supporting practices requiring temporary Dental Therapists. More and more practices see the benefits of having Therapists undertaking roles and responsibilities within practice and hence increasing the productivity of the business. Crowns have many Therapists on its books and are sure we can create exciting solutions to support your practice.
