When we place staff in practices, for locum and permanent contracts, we have to promote the practice. We find out the small differences a practice has, sometimes these are obvious and sometimes they are subtle. It maybe that the staff are really nice or that the practice offers a unique type of treatment.
When taking on a new team member, what do you use to promote your practice, its very important especially if your competing with another practice and good candidates will have more than one offer.
Its always worth considering this questions and re assessing it often. As we currently see more competition for good quality staff, security and opportunity are expected, what might be worth considering is a little extravagance.
Trendy/new uniforms, a quarterly curry night, or perhaps a day our zorbing.
